Mac OS X Dock Menu redesign v1.2 by rasiquiz Mac OS X Dock Menu redesign v1.2 by rasiquiz
I made this redesign of the dock menu because i thought the old one was a bit too "boring" :D

*Changes only file browsing menus, not the settings/right click menus!
*non-Retina resolution!

Tested with 10.8(mountain Lion) and 10.9(Mavericks)

I guess if the files are in the directory it should work with any version.

v1.1
- arrows added
- right/left dock position texture fail fixed

v1.1
- installer file added(currently only for arrows edition+ you'll have to backup the files yourself before use w.i.p)

v1.2
- installer file removed(I don't want people to use it when I myself wouldn't use it :P)
- re-written the read me file(easier and quicker)

If anyone wants a Retina version leave a comment below :)

Prehaps give detail.
E.g Which version of OS X does it work on?

Does it work on Snow Leopard?

if the files are in the directory it should work...

I personally tested it on 10.8(Mountain Lion) and 10.9(Mavericks).

Ah good.
It is just that you should tell people what Mac OS X it works with.

can you also change the right click menu to the same style so everything feels more consistent?
Also the folder doesn't look right when the dock is on the side, the little triangle arrow is still there
However I personally do prefer to keep the arrow, but needs to be in the style of the new menu design of course :)

btw, where can i find the icons you've got there? thx ;)

I can't seem to find the files for the right click menu? i guess that they are hidden even deeper in the OS?

I've fixed the texture fail with the right/left dock position

I and working on the arrows(will be up in a couple of hours)

The icons that i'm using is called Flurry Icons by The Iconfactory :)

thx for the icons and the fix :D
i've changed the folder background to 95% transparency instead of full solid, just to match up with the transparency of side dock(thats about all I can do with photoshop LOL)
If anybody wants it, it's right here: www.dropbox.com/s/ixsbuvbxi1pb…

in regard to where the files are for right click menu, I'm not so sure either, but i do remember there is a package that themed both the stack and right click menu from one of the older version of grain of OS X Mavericks by Gpopper, so the author might know where the files are;)

hey uh, i've been told the files for right click menu are in SArtFile.bin, which you can decode and encode with github.com/alexzielenski/sartF… :)
